Baelen, the French minister in Athens, on the internal Greek situation, as of December 19; from M. Dragoumis in Athens, regarding the Greek regency, on December 18; from the Foreign Ministry in Athens, on support from EKKA (National and Social Liberation), on December 21; and from Aghnides in London, that the Greek King vetoes discussion of a regency in Athens, on December 22.
