A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports: a Naval Headlines report, covering the air raid on the Tirpitz, and Italian convoys in the Mediterranean; the Italian ambassador in Tokyo reports an interview with General Tatekawa, on April 25; an Italian report of an Axis supply agreement, on April 26; and of Italian intentions to set up an intelligence centre in Madagascar, on April 27.
