A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports; a Naval Headlines report of April 24 on German and Italian activity; from the Chinese Legation in Canberra on the war in the Pacific, on April 19; from the Japanese ambassador in Rome on discussions on the Axis declaration on India and Arabia, on April 20; and from the Japanese ambassador in Berlin on the Balkan situation, on April 20.
