A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. The file includes the following reports: a fragmentary German Air Force (GAF) report on North Africa of December 5; a report from the Turkish consul in Moscow on the local situation on December 5; and a note from the Mexican ambassador in Berlin on German morale from December 6.
