(b) The activities of this agency will be co-ordinated with, and when appropriate will be under the control of, the Supreme Commander concerned. 3. Operations (a) The Security Control will be kept informed of the general plans for special operations by the Joint U.S. Staff Planners. (b) In carrying out its functions the Security Control will assign missions to and co-ordinate the activities of any of the following agencies: (This will be accomplished by directives to those agencies operating under the Joint U.S.Chiefs of Staff and by co-operation with all others).
