ELBRUS. 4. It would appear, therefore, that the Germans are making simultaneous thrusts with the immediate intention of:(a) Reaching the CASPIAN coast, thereby cutting the ASTRAKHAN-KIZLYAR railway; (b) Capturing GROZNI; (c) Capturing SUKHUM and the BLACK SEA ports.
