5. Even though Germany can spare few aircraft for action elsewhere than against England, she will thus have ample troops available for operations in conjunction with the Italian Air Force. The following are possible objectives:(a) Egypt. There have been reports of German intentions to send "Colonial" troops to Italy. So long as the British Fleet remains in the Eastern Mediterranean, it will be difficult to use these troops except through Libya, where the scope of operations is limited by difficulties of communications and administration.
