Investigation by each Service Ministry of all processes of issuing orders, with an eye to improvement from the security aspect. 13. Investigation into the implications of placing large priority orders with the Ministry of Supply, and the possibilities of leakage through the Ordnance when issuing special equipment or clothing, 14. Examination of the best methods of effecting and maintaining contact with Commands, the press censorship department of the Ministry of Information, the Post Office, the C.I.D., postal censorship and the police.
