German Secret Weapon. Report

It should be noted that no reference was made by Hitler to any new or specially secret weapon and that there is clearly a train of thought starting from the preponderance of our sea power which makes it seem as if he had in mind an arm in which Germany could be described as being as unassailable as we are on the sea. If this interpretation of his meaning is correct it can be surmised that the unnamed weapon to which he refers is simply German air power. This in our view is on the whole the most likely explanation (see also paragraph 4 below).
