It should be noted that those released on medical grounds have not necessarily been released permanently. From censorship of letters from interned aliens, it appeared that in a number of cases of releases on medical grounds, such releases had been quite unjustified. It was suggested, and SIR JOSEPH BALL agreed, that release on medical grounds must only take place on the recommendation of doctors officially appointed for the purpose. While letters from interned aliens for abroad received 100 per cent.
