In order to do this certain pamphlets had already been prepared of which three examples were given as Appendicies to the Paper. He asked for the endorsement of the Committee with regard to the steps already taken vide paragraph 2 of the paper. He had been in consultation with the Commander-in-Chief, Home Forces, and with the Ministry of Information, with regard to the draft of the pamphlets; and was prepared to make all arrangements for printing and distribution. THE SECRETARY explained that this matter was already under consideration by the Lord President of the Council, vide item 10 of the Cabinet Minutes of 30th May.
