(iii) that any fresh areas so raised by one Ministry should be communicated to the other two by telephone at once. (iv) that the order of priority as between the various areas should be agreed upon at the drafting meeting to be held on the 20th May. (v) that the final report should be drafted at a meeting to be held at 3 p.m. on 20th May. (vi) that Service members should bring with them to the meeting information enumerated under paragraph 5 (a) to (d) of Paper No. J.I.C.(40) 62. (vii) The Service Representatives should consider the extent to which outside sources of information might be utilised.
