hoped that such information might provide indications as to the duration of war for which the Germans were planning, It was stated that the S.I.S. had already been requested to provide any possible information on these points, but it was suggested that it might also be useful to transmit these questionnaires to the French with the object of obtaining any additional information which they might be able to give. Consideration was then given to the procedure which should be adopted for continuing the investigation of German productivity.
