3. INTER-SERVICES PROJECT BOARD. (Paper No. J.I.C.(40) 15 (Draft).. (Previous Reference: J.I.C.(40) 13th Meeting, Minute 3). THE SUB-COMMITTEE had before them a Draft Report covering a Draft Charter for the Inter-Services Project Board (Paper No. J.I.C.(40) 15(Draft). Certain amendments proposed by the Director of Military Intelligence, War Office, were agreed to. It was also agreed that members of the InterServices Project Board, while working on a project, should consult the Foreign Office Departments, and the Service Intelligence Sections concerned.
