THE SUB-COMMITTEE agreed:(a) to approve their Report (Paper No. J.I.C.(39) 37) as amended at the Meeting; (b) to instruct the Secretary to affix their signatures to this Report, and to forward it to the British Permanent Military Representatives to the Supreme War Council, as soon as the Annex giving the comparison of air forces was received.
