1. RUSSIA: VULNERABILITY OF OIL SUPPLIES. (Papers No. J.I.C.(39) 26, 27 and 28). THE SUB-COMMITTEE had under consideration:(a) A note by the Secretary (Paper No. J.I.C.(39) 26) circulating a copy of a letter from the Minister of Supply, on the subject of the vulnerability of Russian oil supplies, on which the Sub-Committee have been requested to comment. (b) A note by the Secretary (Paper No. J.I.C.(39) 27) covering a Minute in which the comments of the Sub-Committee were forwarded to the Secretary of the Joint Planning Sub-Committee.
