3. to that CONCLUSION. It was Agreed:* (a) that, as agreed at the Meeting of the sub-Committee on 11th September , the Service Departments would keep under continual review any reports that might be received of German violations of international law; (b) that the Foreign Office would undertake the duty of collecting and collating reports on the other points mentioned in paragraph I of Paper No. J.I.C. (39)20. (c) that, at the daily meetings of the Joint Intelligence Sub-Committed each Department would keep the others informed of any information on this subject which might call for action under Paragraph II of Paper No.
