THE COMMITTEE had before them Notes by the representatives of the Admiralty, Air Ministry and Ministry of Economic Warfare dealing with the resources and facilities in Holland and Belgium which it would be desirable to deny to the enemy or salve for the use of the Allies in the event of a German invasion of those countries.
