THE COMMITTEE approved a draft Report subject to minor amendments and authorised the Secretary to affix their signatures and submit it to the Chiefs of Staff. 2. MEASURES TO BE TAKEN IN THE EVENT OF GERMANY OVERRUNNING HOLLAND OR BELGIUM OR BOTH. (Paper No. J.I.C.(39) 13) (Previous reference: J.I.C.(39) 5th Meeting, Minute 1). THE COMMITTEE had before them Notes by the representatives of the Admiralty, Air Ministry and Ministry of Economic Warfare dealing with the resources and facilities in Holland and Belgium which it would be desirable to deny to the enemy or salve for the use of the Allies in the event of a German invasion of those countries.
