In addition, it might be difficult to provide all the information which has been asked for in M.E.I.C. Telegram No. 5607 of the 11th September, 1939, (Annex to Paper No. J.I.C.(39)7). It was felt, however, that if the personnel of any such intelligence section were directly in contact with his Majesty's representatives in the Balkans, these_ difficulties might be overcome.
