2. COMMUNICATION OF INFORMATION TO COMMANDERS-IN.-CHIEF, MIDDLE EAST. (Paper No. J.I.C.(39)3). THE SUB-COMMITTEE had under consideration a note by the Secretary, (Paper No. J.I.C.(39)3), covering proposals put forward by the Deputy Director of Military Intelligence, with a view to ensuring that Commanders-in-Chief, in the Middle East, should be kept informed of all matters dealt with by the Joint Intelligence Committee which might affect their commands. CONCLUSION. THE SUB-COMMITTEE agreed:To approve the proposals put forward in Annex I of Paper No.
