On the subject of the permanent Air Warfare Sub-Committee, although there is general agreement that, theoretically, such a proposition is attractive, the opinion is held that, in practice, such a body might not render any material benefits to our anti-aircraft measures as a whole. 7. As the Spain Sub-Committee's reports have all been referred to the Chiefs of Staff Sub-Committee, it is suggested that the question of the future work of the Spain Sub-Committee and of the proposal for the establishment of a permanent Air Warfare Committee should be referred to the Chiefs of Staff for decision, and it is proposed to consider this matter at the next meeting of the Sub-Committee.
