Italian Concessions in Spain. Summary of Information Obtained by the Air Ministry

concessions in Spain if Franco won the war. Details of this understanding are quoted in Sir Robert Vansittart's letter of the Chiefs of Staff, dated 29th November 1957. Two further points given in the report and not quoted in the letter from the Permanent Under Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs are:(a) Germany and Italy to assist in the reconstruction of Spain, and Germany alone to assist in that of Spanish Morocco, and (b) Germany to supply material for the fortification of the French frontier.
