Copy of a Minute from the Minister for Co-ordination of Defence to the secretary, Committee of Imperial Defence. SECRETARY. I notice a tendency for the minutes of meetings of Sub-Committees of the C.I.D. to be somewhat unduly lengthy. I recognise, of course, that it is difficult to lay down any hard and fast rule in this matter.
