(iv) That the Minister for Co-ordination of Defence should represent to the Foreign Office the great desirability of securing that Service officers are accredited to General Franco as soon as the arrangements for accrediting commercial agents to him are completed. Report No. 1. (vi) That the Air Staff should press forward their examination of the existing arrangements under which R.A.F. aerodromes are not provided with any specific gun protection against high altitude attack, and with only light automatics manned by R.A.F.
