Sir, I have the honour to refer to my letter C.R. Malta No. 22197/24/1(G), dated 5th January, 1937, dealing with the subject of the Inter-Services Intelligence Bureau in Malta. 2. A nucleus peace organization has been started. The Royal Air Force have appointed a special Intelligence Officer who works in a room in Command Headquarters.
