1. Arrangements for Periodical Meetings in the Event of War

In this connection it was pointed out that the Intelligence Department of the Ministry of Economic Warfare be situated at such a great distance from the remainder of the Departments concerned that the regular attendance of a representative of this Centre at meetings of the sub-Committee could not be relied on. CONCLUSIONS. THE SUB-COMMITTEE agreed:(a) That in the event of war the daily meetings of the Sub-Committee should continue so long as the Departments concerned remained in London or the suburbs.
