It is impossible to forecast the development of the Communist Air Force by 1950, but up to the present no operational communist aircraft has appeared in the field and no operational air units are known to exist. However, considerable numbers of aircraft are held and training is reported to be taking place in N. Manchuria and also in Russia. 7.
