TOP SECRET MINUTES of the Second Meeting of a Working Party to examine the future of the Intelligence Division of the Control Commission for Germany, held in Room 170 at the Foreign Office (King Charles Street), on TUESDAY, 21st JUNE, 1949 at 3.00 p.m. MR. SEAL recalled that at their previous meeting+ the Working Party had given preliminary examination to the means whereby cover could be obtained for the staff necessary to maintain the service of the Intelligence Division, Control Commission for Germany to London when the strength of the Commission as a whole was reduced.
