The Defensive Use of Atomic Weapons. 6. The chairman circulated a redraft of this section which was accepted as a basis for Annex. II. After a full discussion it was agreed that attacks on Atom Bomb plants would have very little effect on the first six months of a war. It was agreed that this subject need not form the subject of a separate Appendix.
