TOP SECRET GUARD 4. TRADE WITH CHINA SIR KENNETH strong referred to the subject of seaborne trade with China and the report of the Fact Finding Committee. He informed the Committee that the examination of junk traffic from Hong Kong would be conducted during the present month. He gave his views on the reasons for the apparent non-acceptance by some high level Americans of the conclusions of the Fact Finding Committee. THE COMMITTEE:Took note of the statement by the Director, Joint Intelligence Bureau.
