'X' CONFIDENTIAL 2. LOCATION OF INTELLIGENCE DIRECTORATES IN WAR (Previous reference: J.I.C.(52)6th Meeting, Minute 7 of 11th January, 1952). THE COMMITTEE had before them a minute by the Secretary+ covering a minute by the Director. Joint Intelligence Bureau, suggesting that a coordinated appraisal of the intelligence aspects of the location of Directorates in war should be carried out by the Intelligence Mobilisation Plans Sub-Committee. In discussion there was general agreement with this proposal.
