TOP SECRET RESTRICTIONS ON SOVIET AND SATELLITE MISSIONS IN THE UNITED KINGDOM (Previous reference: J.I.C.(52)14th Meeting, Minute 1 of 25th January, 1952). THE COMMITTEE had before them a minute by the Secretary+ covering a revised report prepared by the Security Service on measures to hamper Soviet and Satellite Missions in the United Kingdom, and setting out certain proposals to this end from the point of view of counter-espionage. Travel Restrictions MR. CAREY-FOSTER said that since the previous meeting of the Committee, discussions had taken place in the Foreign Office taking into account a recent despatchθ from H.M.
