SECRET It was further agreed that the Ministry of Supply should be told that the Joint Intelligence Committee were in doubt as to whether the action taken by them was in accordance with the reportof the Official Working Party on Security of Economic and Industrial Information and the reportø on Security of Information about Munitions Production and that the Committee would welcome discussion with the Ministry of Supply on this point. It was further agreed that the replies to Mr. Pendred's comments on the draft 'D' Notice should be forwarded to Admiral Thomson for the Press Committee.
