It was also agreed that the team should aim to start their inspections on or about the 15th September and complete them by the end of that month. In consideration of Cosmic Sub-registries outside the United Kingdom, it was agreed that these should also he inspected and that the Admiralty should make the necessary arrangements with respect to the sub-registries established in the West Indies and Mediterranean, and that further consideration should be given by the Committee to the most suitable arrangements which could be made for the inspection of the Cosmic sub-registries in Germany, particularly those which had been established since September, 1950.
