Past history would then be readily available. The Public Relations Officers to Service Ministries would probably have a good library of information already and might be able to contribute. MR. McEUEN confirmed that the Joint Intelligence Bureau already read a certain number of newspapers in the course of their normal work, but to cover fully the information required would entail a considerable amount of extra work.
