TOP SECRET 2. CHINESE COMMUNIST INTENTIONS DURING THE NEXT SIX MONTHS IN THE LIGHT OF OPERATIONS IN KOREA. THE CHAIRMAN. said that to meet the requirements of the Chiefs of Staff, the Air Ministry and Joint Intelligence Bureau had prepared a draft report on the Chinese air potential in Koreax. The Chief of Air Staff had, however, considered the draft report inadequate and it had, therefore, been withdrawn. The Committee now had before them a Minute by the Secretary≠ covering draft Terms of Reference prepared in the light of the comments of the Chief of Air Staff.
