THE COMMITTEE:Agreed to defer consideration of this matter until their meeting (Directors) the following week. 4. THIS IS A COPY. THE ORIGINAL IS RETAINED UNDER SECTION 3 (4) OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS ACT 5. SECURITY IN A CERTAIN COUNTRY CONFIDENTIAL REAR ADMIRAL LONGLEY-COOK referred to the Report+ by the Committee on security in a certain country and the subsequent action which had been taken thereon. He suggested that it was most important that those responsible for considering the release of information to that country were aware of the Committee's report and that therefore it would be of value for copies of the report to be circulated to all the members of the Exchange of Military Information Policy Committee and of the Exchange of Military Information Sub-Committee where this had not already been done.
