RESTRICTED THE COMMITTEE:Instructed the Joint Intelligence Staff and the Secretary to implement the procedure agreed in discussion for handling future reports received from Joint Intelligence Committees overseas. 3. EFFECTS OF EVENTS IN KOREA ON THE RESTRICTED. THREATS TO FORMOSA, TIBET, HONG KONG AND INDO-CHINA. THE COMMITTEE took note, subject to the comments, if any, of the British Defence Co-ordination Committee (Far East), of a memorandum+ by the Joint Intelligence Committee (Far East), circulated under cover of a Secretary's minute-, on the effects of events in Korea on the threats to Formosa, Tibet, Hong Kong and Indo-China.
