RESTRICTED THE COMMITTEE:Instructed the Secretary to forward, together with their views as expressed in discussion, the War Office definition of "Strategical and operational plots and maps" to the British Joint Services Mission, Washington, for forwarding to the United States Department of the Army. 3. DISCLOSURE OF BRITISH MILITARY SECRET INFORMATION TO FOREIGN COUNTRIES (Previous Reference: J.I.C.(49) 122nd Meeting, Minute 2). THE COMMITTEE considered a minute+ by the Secretary covering a minute by the War office commenting on the views expressed at the meetingof the Chiefs of Staff on the disclosure of military information to foreign countries, during dicussion of the Committee's reportø on the exchange of information with the French in Indo-China.
