3. INDICATIONS OF RUSSIAN PREPARATIONS FOR WAR TOP SECRET THE COMMITTEE considered a revised draft report+ reviewing in the light of recent developments the listof indications of Russian preparations for war. In discussion certain amendments to the draft report were suggested and approved. THE COMMITTEE:(1) Approved the revised draft report as amended in discussion and instructed the Secretary to forward copies to the Joint Intelligence Committees abroad; (2) Invited the Foreign Office to make copies of the report available to H.M.
