Military Missions 14. We have also reviewed the possibilities of a withdrawal, or a reduction, of Service Attaches in countries where there are full scale Service Missions. Although we do not consider that a withdrawal of Attaches in such cases is possible, in view of the radically different nature of the work performed by Attaches and intelligence officers on Military Missions, we believe that the Service Attaches could undertake some of the work being undertaken by certain officers in Missions.
