ANNEX From: Ministry of Defence To: J.S.M. Washington C.O.S. (W) July, 1947, Reference J.S.M. 355. After protracted negotiations Turkish Government have agreed to R.A.F. carrying out air survey subject to following conditions:(a) That no other countries except U.S.A. share the results. (b) That mall party of Turkish personnel be attached to operational base to gain experience. (c) That survey maps of adjacent countries he made available to Turkish Government. (d) That Turks be given working plan of survey before operations start.
