(f) Within each of the Ministries affected, the Intelligence Directorates will arrange as necessary for the preparation of the estimates referred to in (d) aboveco-opting representatives from other branches as required. (g) The Ministry most concerned, in conjunction with the other affected Ministries and the J.I.S., will reconcile any conflicting factors before producing the coordinated result. (h) The J.I.S. will then prepare their appreciation of the problem, and circulate it to the J.A.P.S., where necessary, prior to its submission to the J.I.C.
