Welcome to the Librarians' Area on Secret Files from World Wars to Cold War. The platform has been developed as a specialist research and teaching tool, to support and expand scholarship. It has been designed in collaboration with librarians, archivists, scholars, students, and lecturers to ensure we meet the demands of our user communities.
We have put together some useful information to get you started:
- Frequently asked questions listed below
- Contact info – who to contact if you need help
- MARC records – for link resolvers are available here for download in MRC format and XML format. Each zip folder contains a single file covering all 4,500 records. These records relate to the file level (as an example FO 1093/327) and contain the file descriptions to enrich discovery.
