A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on Western Europe: a German Air Force (GAF) report, for March 13; three Rhine Front reports, for March 12 and 13; that Army Group B requested that Freikorps Sauerland be brought up for employment with the 5th Panzer Army, on March 13; the Commander in Chief (C-in-C) West highlights the nuisance caused by stragglers to operations, on March 12; of cooperation between an SS pursuit unit and small battle units being called for by the C-in-C West to avoid the over-lapping of March 12; and on the transfer of units to an area north of Wesel, on March 12; on the Russian Front: a Parachute Panzer Corps Hermann Goering situation report, for March 12; and that General Field-Marshal von Rundstedt hands over the supreme command to General Field-Marshal Kesselring, on March 10.
