A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on West Europe: of German Air Force (GAF) orders for March 6-7, for reconnaissance for the bringing up of enemy formations on the Eifel front; an Army Group B day report, for March 4, on Allied attacks splitting the Erft and Eifel fronts; and that von Runstedt demands the ruthless employment of specialist arms as infantry, when their specialist arm is out of action, on March 3; on Germany: the German Navy report a serious situation at Swinemuende-Stettin, on March 6; and on South Europe: a German Army group report on training, morale and shortages of men and equipment, on March 1.
