A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on West Europe: of five U.S. divisions being east of the Roer, on February 24; of the German front line being torn open, on February 24; and that an army group was unwilling to designate local strong points prematurely, on February 21.
