A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on Western Europe: of the necessity of breaking the Allied blockade of Gironde fortress by the infiltration of food supplies from Spain; of Hitler's orders for the severest measures to combat the issue of forged movement papers and travel warrants; and of an increase in the numbers of cases of spotted fever arriving in improperly de-loused trains from the south and south-east to Upper Austria; and Naval Headlines, covering U-boat Group Rasmus being on the alert for Allied shipping in Kola Bay; and Japanese reports of Allied task forces in the Iwojima area.
