Government Code and Cypher School: Signals Intelligence Passed to the Prime Minister, Messages and Correspondence

A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports: a BONIFACE report; on South-east Europe: that the 9th SS Corps in Budapest reports its position is at the last ditch, on January 29; on Eastern Europe: that the German Air Force (GAF) Director-General of Signals orders regulations in the event of the enemy threatening special signals installations, on January 31; on Western Europe: that German forces are regrouping, on January 29; the 3rd Panzer Grenadier and 116th Panzer Divisions are reported to be reinforcing the 47th Panzer Corps, on January 31; and Naval Headlines.
