Government Code and Cypher School: Signals Intelligence Passed to the Prime Minister, Messages and Correspondence

A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on West Europe: an Army Group B report, for January 17; and that the 15th Army expects a resumption of Allied attacks, on January 17; Naval Headlines; from the Japanese ambassador in Moscow, relating a conversation with Molotov on Japanese-Soviet relations and the Far East, on January 5-6; from the Japanese ambassador in Berlin, describing Germany's war situation, on January 9; giving the ambassador's views on the European war situation, on January 11; and on the Allied three-power conference, on January 12; and from the Iraqi chargé in London, on a discussion with General Spears on Arab affairs, on January 3.
